1. Services

Webcorewin Business Solution LLP provides custom software development, including CRM systems, e-commerce platforms and proprietary digital infrastructure. All projects are delivered as per mutually agreed scope documents and milestone structures.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the custom-developed source code unless otherwise specified in written agreement. Webcorewin retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio.

3. Payment Terms

All projects require an advance payment before development begins. Remaining payments are structured according to milestone completion. Delays in payment may result in temporary suspension of services.

4. Limitation of Liability

Webcorewin shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered software products. Clients are responsible for hosting, deployment and third-party integrations unless otherwise agreed.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement in writing. Payments made prior to termination are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the signed agreement.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to jurisdiction of Indian courts.
